Why this league
Santa Cruz has great soccer players and not enough places for adults to play. We want to fix that.
No age brackets. If you're 18+ and love to play, you're in, whether you're 22 or 52.
7v7 means a smaller field and fewer players, so you're always in the game. Fewer people standing around, more goals.
A fully lighted artificial turf field in Santa Cruz, so you can play after work in any season.
No driving to Watsonville for indoor or across the county on a Sunday. The field is right here in town, a short trip from anywhere in Santa Cruz.

We're early, so here are honest answers, including what isn't decided yet.
Adults 18 and over, all ages above that. We're gauging interest in a men's division and a coed division. Tell us which you want in the form below.
No. Captains can register a full team, you can sign up with a few friends as a small group, or come as a free agent and we'll place you on a team that matches your level. Free-agent pricing will be announced soon.
We're aiming for early 2027. The exact start date, night(s), and kickoff times depend on field booking and on what sign-ups tell us. Everyone who signs up will hear first.
$1,500 per team for the season. That's planned to include the lighted turf field and a ref every game. Split across a 10-player roster, that works out to about $150 each. Free agents can sign up now and we'll place you on a team. Free-agent pricing will be announced soon.

Yes. Local businesses can sponsor a year-long team that carries the business name and plays in custom jerseys in your colors. Youth soccer clubs can enter a team of their parents and coaches under the club's name. Choose "Yes" or "Maybe" on the team-under-your-name question in the form (or pick "Youth club team") and we'll reach out with details.
